Eligibility for Exchange

• Defective or Damaged Product: If you receive a defective or damaged item, we offer an exchange. However, the defect or damage must be clearly visible in the unboxing video. Without an unboxing video showing the issue at the time of opening, the product will not be eligible for exchange.

• Sizing Issues: Exchanges are allowed for size-related concerns (applicable to shoes and clothing only).


Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

• You must contact us on WhatsApp at +91 87993 37617 within 24 hours of delivery.

• An unboxing video is mandatory as proof (must be continuous and unedited from package opening).

• The product must be in unused, unwashed, and original condition.

• All tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be intact and returned along with the item.

• The item should be in equivalent and complete condition as received.


Non-Exchangeable Items

• Products returned without the original packaging or unboxing video.

• Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage post-delivery.

• Requests made after 24 hours of receiving the order.
